A quick and easy salmon dip
Ingredients
- 250gm smoked salmon slices
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 red onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lime juice
Method
- Dice red onion and salmon in a food processor untill salmon is almost mousse like
- In bowl combine salmon mix with sour cream, add lemon and lime juice and mix untill well combined
- Cover with cling wrap and put in fridge untill just befor ready to serve.
- Can also serve as a canape just spoon tsp ontop of a cucumber round .
