A Delicious easy recipe that goes well served with a salad on the side.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Sheet Puff Pastry
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 250g Frozen spinach thawed and drained.
- 125g Feta Cheese crumbed
- Salt and Pepper.
Method
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Arrange pastry sheet into a quiche dish, Beat together the milk and eggs then mix in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into pastry case and bake for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 180C and bake for another 30 minutes or until set.
