  • Yum. I love matchsticks. Use to see them in the local Bakery all the time until all the fancy cakes and sweets too over.

  • I decided to try making these minus the caramel fudge and they were a huge hit with my family ???????? As the males in my family have a big appetite I made a giant version and they loved it ???? so much so that they asked me to make it again, huge thumbs up for an uncomplicated recipe that takes very little time to create but looks like ‘restaurant quality ‘ desserts ????

    • I’m not sure why but for some reason the exclamation marks all turned into question marks ????

  • I take it , it is 4 sheets not 3 as in ingredients. Will be interesting to try these out as have not made these in years.

  • I just cook my pastry and dont spread with butter as it is covered in icing etc you dont need a glossy finish so it leaves more calories for the cream!!
