Quick & easy sweet treat
Ingredients (makes 6 Slices)
- Puff pastry 3 sheets
- cream 600ml
- Caramel fudge topping ( your favourite brand )
- Butter 30g
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
Method
- Preheat oven at 170 fan forced Take out 4 sheets puff pastry and allow to slightly thaw then cut each sheet into 6 even rectangles
- Melt butter Lightly grease baking paper over 2 large baking trays and evenly spread the pastry slices Place in the oven for around 12 minutes or until lightly golden then place on a cooling rack and allow to cool
- Whip cream gradually adding 1/4 cup of icing sugar until stiff peaks form
- Spread a layer of caramel fudge over a 6 of the slices then top with whipped cream Place another pastry layer gently on-top and cover with more whipped cream, Spread a layer of raspberry jam on 3rd layer of pastry and carefully place facing jam side down on-top Lightly dust the tops with the remaining icing sugar and serve
