So sticky and delicious ! Kids love chicken on a “stick”


Ingredients (makes 12 drumsticks)

  • 80 mls tomato sauce
  • 60 mls soy sauce
  • 60 mls honey
  • 12 Inghams chicken drumsticks
  • 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • sweet chilli sauce to serve

Method

  1. Mix tomato sauce, soy sauce and honey in a glass bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  3. Place chicken on tray and bake for 40 minutes ,Turning and basting once. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for a further 15 minutes until chicken is golden and cooked through
  4. Place on serving platter and serve with sweet chilli sauce

Notes

Good to serve at a party or as a main meal accompanied with vegies or fried rice . Finger licking good !
