Strawberry mousse made in flash!
Ingredients
- 150 mls Thickened cream
- 1 teaspoon Strawberry quik
- 1 squeeze Strawberry topping
Method
- Add the quik and topping to the cream
- Whip
- Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set. You can eat it straight away but it is better a bit set.
Notes
You can also use jam to add flavour or puréed fruit. This will not be to everyone's taste on its own but is great with cakes (particularly cupcakes). If you want a more traditional mousse you could add melted white chocolate.
