A quick and easy appetiser for when friends pop around.


Ingredients (makes 15 mushrooms)

  • 15 mushrooms
  • 1 rasher of diced bacon
  • 6 sundried tomatos
  • Sprinkle baby spinach

Method

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  2. Mix diced bacon diced, mushroom stems, sundried tomatoes and baby spinach in a bowl using the oil from the tomatoes as a bond, then place mixture into mushrooms .
  3. Place in oven at 180 for approximately 10 mins.
