Ingredients (makes 5 cups)
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tbls cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups your favourite nuts
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Beat the egg white until it becomes light and frothy
- Add in your sugars, cinnamon, salt and vanilla and mix until a nice paste develops.
- Scoop in your nuts and mix until well coated and spread onto a oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake 25 minutes and let cool.
