Ingredients (serves 3)
- 3 tbs tomato sauce
- 1 tbs chilli sauce
- 1 tbs plum sauce
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tbs lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 500g pork
- 50 g cucumber
- 100 g pineapple
- 50 g capsicum
- 2 red chilli (optional)
Method
- Mix tomato sauce, chilli sauce, plum sauce, sugar, lemon and salt. Bring to boil and simmer for 1 minute. Set aside.
- Deep fry pork in oil. Set aside.
- Stir fry pineapple and red chilli (optional) until fragrant. Add cucumber, capsicum, fried pork and sauce. Mix well and it is ready to serve.
Notes
If you wish, coat the pork meat with flour mixture for added crunchiness before frying.
