Yummy snack idea or add some rice or pasta for a delicious dinner!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 200 grams Peeled prawns
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- pinch Fresh coriander
Method
- Put all of your ingredients except coriander into a ziplock bag and shake until all your prawns are well coated. Let this marinate in the fridge for 20 mins.
- Heat a non stick pan and cook your prawns until they are done.
- Serve with fresh coriander on bed of rice.
