Yummy snack idea or add some rice or pasta for a delicious dinner!


Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 200 grams Peeled prawns
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • pinch Fresh coriander

Method

  1. Put all of your ingredients except coriander into a ziplock bag and shake until all your prawns are well coated. Let this marinate in the fridge for 20 mins.
  2. Heat a non stick pan and cook your prawns until they are done.
  3. Serve with fresh coriander on bed of rice.
