Can add more sugar if you prefer sweeter.
Ingredients (makes 4 Muffin)
- 85 gr Unsalted butter
- 110 gr Tablerone Chocolate
- 280 gr Plain flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 40 gr Sugar
Method
- Melt together butter and chocolate. Leave aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add in sugar and whisk to combine.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg and vanilla. Add the mixture of melted chocolate and butter, whisk well.
- Add in mixture flour and fold to combine with a spatula. Take care not to over mix.
- Fill 9cm ramekins equally with the batter. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 20 mins, or until inserted skewer comes out clean. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely before serve.
