Great for dips


Ingredients (makes 30 )

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup wheatgerm
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 1 teas salt
  • 3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together except for salt. Divide into two and roll each quantity on a sheet of baking paper.
  3. Sprinkle salt over pastry and use a rolling pin to press salt in. Use a pizza cutter to cut pastry into diamonds or squares.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden

  • Perfect for spreading vegemite on them and having for a snack

  • they look simple. has anyone tried there, did kids liked it. i have a very fussy eater and i am not sure if he would like it…o well must give a try. i will finish if he wont eat it 😉
