This coleslaw makes a great side dish.


Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 1/4 whole cabbage
  • 1 500g jar mayonnaise
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 zucchini

Method

  1. Grate carrot and zucchini together.
  2. Thinly slice the celery and add to the zucchini and carrot.
  3. Thinly slice cabbage and add to salad.
  4. Mix everything together, add mayonnaise and mix through well.
  5. Chill and serve.

    I have never put celery in it before.
