If you’ve got a bit of a savoury tooth, don’t think Golden® Crumpets with Oats aren’t for you. This is a super healthy, very tasty way to enjoy them. Quick enough for a weekday breaky but decadent enough to have with a coffee and the Sunday morning paper.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 2 Golden® Crumpets with Oats
  • 1 Tomato - sliced in full rounds
  • 1/2 Avocado - sliced, chopped or mashed
  • 2 tsp Chilli Tomato Relish (or similar)
  • 1 tsp Butter or Margarine (optional)
  • Pinch Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Toast crumpets to your liking and lightly butter.
  2. Add slice of tomato, avocado and top with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Finish off with a teaspoon of Chilli Tomato Relish (or your favourite relish/sauce)

  • This sounds delicious.
