If you’ve got a bit of a savoury tooth, don’t think Golden® Crumpets with Oats aren’t for you. This is a super healthy, very tasty way to enjoy them. Quick enough for a weekday breaky but decadent enough to have with a coffee and the Sunday morning paper.
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 Golden® Crumpets with Oats
- 1 Tomato - sliced in full rounds
- 1/2 Avocado - sliced, chopped or mashed
- 2 tsp Chilli Tomato Relish (or similar)
- 1 tsp Butter or Margarine (optional)
- Pinch Salt & Pepper
Method
- Toast crumpets to your liking and lightly butter.
- Add slice of tomato, avocado and top with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Finish off with a teaspoon of Chilli Tomato Relish (or your favourite relish/sauce)
