So I’ve been on the hunt for a good green smoothie recipe for ages – even just a decent one that I can get down without gagging.  It hasn’t been easy I will tell you that. I’ve had many a gag moment.

But I am pleased to say I have found one and it’s delicious!

  • It is great to have a recipe for this. I always had in my head that they would take horrible and just like a mix of green vegetable….but now I see how apples and coconut water give them a sweetness. I must try one. Thanks.

  • I love the sound of this. Haven’t used coconut water in my smoothies before, but that’s a great idea. I’ve used plain or flavoured green tea, which helps me drink more green tea for its benefits. I’ll add this to my growing smoothie list. My girls and hubby might want to try too. Thanks.
