So I’ve been on the hunt for a good green smoothie recipe for ages – even just a decent one that I can get down without gagging.  It hasn’t been easy I will tell you that. I’ve had many a gag moment.

But I am pleased to say I have found one and it’s delicious!

  • Well I do love coconut water and this looks like it’s packed full of everything that is good for you. I’m thinking of doing a “cleanse” in the new year and these sorts of things are exactly what I should be looking at to get my body kick started.

  • Thanks for sharing. Love ginger but not a fan of mint (although it would still taste great without it) 🙂

  • You can also add berries to this. If you leave the ginger out your children might drink it too.
You may also need to reduce the Kale quantity too. It can taste bitter otherwise.
