So I’ve been on the hunt for a good green smoothie recipe for ages – even just a decent one that I can get down without gagging. It hasn’t been easy I will tell you that. I’ve had many a gag moment.
But I am pleased to say I have found one and it’s delicious!

Ingredients (makes 1-2 Smoothies)
- 2 green apples
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 bunch mint
- 1 large lime (juice from lime)
- Big handful spinach or kale
- 2cm piece ginger
- 500 mls coconut water
Method
- All into the blender and voila the magic happens. Sit back and enjoy all the goodness.
