Easy, tasty and nutricious
Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 12 patties)
- 500gms Sweet potato pre cooked and mashed
- 4 spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 tbs sesame seeds
- 425gms tuna
Method
- mix all ingredients except flour and sesame seeds together,
- form into 12 even sized patties
- roll in flour and sesame seeds mixed together then fry for 2-3 mins on each side in a lightly greased frying pan. Serve with salad and wedges
