Vegemite and cheese puffs are a great snack for kids and adults. Quick and easy to prepare!


Ingredients (makes 10 Pieces)

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • Vegemite
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200c. Spread a layer of vegemite on one side of the pastry.
  2. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  3. Roll up like a swiss roll and cut into 10 rounds.
  4. Bake 200C for 15-10 minutes until golden brown.

  • Made today for an after school snack! Family love them! Plenty left for tomorrow’s lunchboxes. Thanks for the easy & great recipe 🙂

  • I have actually tried a few different recipes for these scrolls but with flour as its base, but I much prefer the thought of using puff pastry instead! I don’t have vegemite, only promite in this house lol but I am sure they will be just as yummy, thanks for sharing!

  • I love making scrolls from puff pastry. So easy and you can put whatever you want in them! The kids love helping to sprinkle and spread stuff on too!
