Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Plain Pizza base
  • 8 Kalamata olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 2 tbsp Pizza base sauce
  • 1/2 cup Frozen spinach (diced)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. On pizza base, spread pizza sauce evenly then layer olives and spinach on top. Add on feta last.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes and serve :)
