This refreshing mocktail has a spicy kick and 94% less sugar thanks to a secret ingredient!

This moreish mocktail is made with Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener. It’s delicious, naturally sweet with no added sugar and zero alcohol.

Monk fruit is a small round fruit in the gourd family, also known as Luo Han Guo, named after the Luo Han Buddhist monks who discovered it over a thousand years ago. On the slopes of primeval forest, the monks discovered and cultivated a rare fruit prized for its sweetness, up to 300 times sweeter than sugar. This sacred fruit was named monk fruit, or Luo Han Guo, after its devoted caretakers and was used for centuries in Eastern traditional herbalism to increase chi and well-being, earning it the nickname “The Immortals’ Fruit.”

The best happy hour substitute – this mocktail puts a little pep in your step with traces of spicy jalapeno that cut through the classic citrus profile in each sip.

  • 2 tbs freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1tbs Lakanto Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 200ml lime flavoured sparkling water

Method

  1. Add jalapeno, lime, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar to a cocktail shaker and muddle for about a minute.
