Easy and delicious! A realcrowd pleaser
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 600 ml Thickened cream
- 180grams White chocolate
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 2/3 cup Caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons Boiling water
- 3 teaspoons Powdered gelatine
Method
- Place cream, chocolate,sugar and milk in saucepan
- Melt over medium heat , stirring,until smooth and chocolate melted
- Dissolve gelatine over boiling water Whisk with fork til smooth
- Sit for 2-3 minutes until disolved
- Add to cream mixture and whisk
- Pour into 8 150 ml moulds, cover and refrigerate
- Unmould onto serving plate Serve with berries
Notes
This recipe lends it to be topped with any fruit in season. Also topped with raspberry sauce looks and tastes delicious !
