A real crowd pleaser! easy and delicious
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 600 ml thickened cream
- 180 grams white chocolate, chopped
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2/3 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 3 teaspoons powdered gelatine
Method
- Pour cream,chocolate, sugar and milk into saucepan and melt over a moderate heat until smooth and chocolate melted
- Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water and whisk with a fork until smooth
- Sit for 2-3 minutes until dissolved
- Add to cream mixture and mix well
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
- unmould on to serving plates and decorate with berries ( or any other fruit in season )
Notes
Drizzled with Raspberry sauce and berries looks and tastes yummmmm! But this recipe lends itself to be topped with any seasonal fruit Can be made a day ahead and decorated on the day
