    Love how very thin it is but does it job perfectly. Bonus point that it is longer most than other brands as it gives you more coverage and more confidence that no leakage throughout the day

  • Simply the best..

    I found ‘Always Discreet’ pads the most comfortable pads I have ever used, very thin, and a good length, very discreet, secure fit, not noticed under clothing at all, no moving or bunching, very effective moisture and odour control, super absorbent, always feel fresh and dry.. Nice packaging, easy to use, pads have a nice, soft, subtle fragrance.. I will continue using, with confidence I am discreet and secure..

  • Pads with more than you would expect

    Always Discreet pads are just what their name says, discreet. You won’t even know you’re wearing one.
    They are comfortable to wear. No need for the extra ‘wings’, as the pads stay safely in place attached to your underwear. Now you can do those activities such as running, exercising etc. without the worry of the pad getting out of place.
    The liquid is locked inside and absorbed by its super absorbent core. The pad comes with a Leak Guard to help the wetness go away from the edges.
    The pads come in small, small plus and normal sizes. They are slim, yet very absorbent, and come with a lovely floral scent for odor control.
    Always Discreet even went one step further to design attractive individual packaging easy to carry in your handbag.
    Based on my own experience, Always Discreet pads exceeded my expectations.
    They did what they said they would. I felt confident wearing them. Even after running and other type of exercises, they stayed in place. I felt comfortable and protected from any leaks with their top layer quickly absorbing any fluid away from my body.
    I will be looking to buy some more of these pads. I can confidentially recommend Always Discreet pads to anyone with sensitive bladder issues. Thank you Mouths of mums for the opportunity to review these pads and to discover pads that are most suitable for me.

  • A comfortable surprise

    I have now used all the Always Discreet pads and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. That are dependable, comfortable and definitely discreet. They are all they promised to be, I was a little concerned that they didn’t have wings to hold them in place but this was never a problem. I will be recommending to family and friends

    In this review I was testing Always discreet pads while performing my daily chores. Whether I was loading the wood, pushing a heavy wheelbarrow, or carrying the wood which normally is an issue due to my weakened bladder, Always Discreet Pads did what they said they would. They protected me from any accidental leakages and I was able to continue working without a worry, discomfort or embarrassment. I even took my dog for a jog which we both enjoyed. I can confidentially recommend these pads.

  • Such a relief!

    Having had four kids, my pelvic floor isn’t as strong as it used to be and I get the occasional small leak.. I hadn’t really bothered with using a product to protect me, I would just change my underwear and move on. But Always Discreet has changed that! They are super thin and discreet and give me just the right level of protection.
    They were comfortable, stayed in place and left me feeling fresh and confident.

  • So Discreet and comfortable

    Always Discreet fit perfectly and is so comfortable that I hardly knew I was wearing it. I was confident to go out for the day without worrying about having an occasional leak. I also didn’t have to visit the bathroom every 5 minutes to check if I had a leak. With the odour control technology I was less conscious about bad odour and I was able to carry a spare discreetly in my bag. I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to buy Always Discreet keeping me Always confident.

  • Always Discreet and Confident

    Always Discreet Liners fit perfectly inside your underwear. They are so comfortable to wear, you don’t even notice you are wearing them. Each liner is very thin so you can’t see it through tighter pants, there are no wings like some other brand panty liners have either which I think makes them more comfortable. Being thin I was worried about them not being absorbent enough but I needn’t have been as they were perfect! Overall they have been amazing and I feel comfortable enough to wear them daily, I am definitely converted to these.

  • Always Discreet, discreetly perfect

    As a mum who has bladder leakage, i have always worn standard pads for the absorbency. I never thought to try Always Discreet. They will now become a permanent purchase for me! very thin, barely notice it is there, and super absorbant!

  • A life saver

    There are many products in the market offering bladder leakage protection and I have used few of them, the features which makes Always discreet better than other products is it’s high absorbency, even though it is super thin. The nice fragrance which neutralize the odour is something which I couldn’t find in other competitor products. The liners hold their place no matter how much I move or workout. I can go out and do my usual activities without being conscious or embarrassed.

    Always Discreet is truly discreet as the name. It is thin and comfortable. Bladder leakage is a very common after effect of pregnancy and least we as women need is something comfortable and reliable. Always Discreet ticks all the boxes and is definitely something to consider to save embarrassment and carry on with life.

  • Forget you are wearing it!

    This liner was great, you didn’t feel like you are wearing it. It is thicker than i expected but you dont notice it at all. THe only thing I didnt like was the scent was quite overpowering at first when i opened the packet but that seemed to decrease over time

  • Reliable protection

    I was very impressed , I don’t usually like pads as I find them uncomfortable but these Always Discreet pads were thin and barely noticeable .
    They provided protection with no leaks while I used them and gave me more confidence while I was carrying out my daily activities .
    I would definitely recommend these to other mums or women who worry about leaks .

    I felt comfortable wearing this product. a lot of of others on the market are no where near this good. Comfortable and discreet are exactly what you want in this type of product. I would definitely rate this product as the one to purchase.

  • Good product

    The thing that I liked most about Always Discreet is that they did not bunch up when I was using them. This made them much more comfortable to wear as they also felt less bulky. They had a pleasant scent and kept me feeling confident all day, knowing that they would do their job.

  • No more embarrassing moments

    This was a particular hard product to apply for, for two reasons – admitting that there is a problem and testing a product to finally admitting that there was a problem

    The packaging is completely discreet and small. Looking quickly at it appears as a feminine product.

    When opening the parcel I noticed that there was a delicate fragrance and it smelt quite lovely. It took me a couple of days of confidence to use the product.

    Pros:
    It actually sticks properly to your undergarments and doesn’t move around
    You literally cannot feel that you are wearing a protective layer
    Going to the toilet is a breath of fresh air as you don’t feel like you peed yourself again upon standing up
    You are completely scent free.
    There are no more times of having to change your undergarments due to moisture
    I am truly shocked at the difference this tiny package is able to do

    Cons: there are none it is for me a 5/5 product where I would actively go out and buy it and not feel embarrassed anymore.

  • Didn’t even notice it’s there

    It’s so thin and flexible that it just becomes apart of your underwear.
    There’s no bulky feeling you get with other liners. Protects minor leakages well. Can’t say I’ve experienced a major one fortunately.

  • Great product

    I have used a lot of other products like this & I found these to be better than all the others. I don’t have to worry about leakage or any wetness on my underwear. I will replace my current one with these.

Having three young kids, juggling their commitments and her own as a school teacher means Kristie Young’s days revolve around snacking on-the-go. And she admits she’s not always reaching for the best options! So she was thrilled to try out new Nice & Natural Deluxe Protein Bars and says she’ll be restocking next time she’s shopping.

Kristie is right in the middle of one her busiest seasons of life – juggling three kids (two at school), a job, partner and household. But this year, she’s made a commitment to herself.

“I’m always running around. Always a million things on my to do list, but wouldn’t have it any other way.” Kristie told Mouths of Mums.

“But I’m turning 40 this year and I thought I really need to start prioritising myself, because for the last seven years, I’ve been pregnant, breastfeeding, busy with the kids, I have not looked after myself at all.

“So this year, I’m really starting to get back into my own fitness journey, health journey, and eating a lot better and starting to eat more regularly and eat more protein filled meals and snacks that will fill me up. So I’m not just reaching for sugary snacks, especially around that afternoon, where I’m getting tired from being awake with the baby all night and just finding myself reaching for junk in the cupboard.”
