Feeling quite pleased today as I was able to recommend Aveeno Moisturising lotion to a friend with itchy and irritated skin. She has dry, flaky and red skin and has tried several different moisturising lotions and even lotions from the dermatologist. As she is rather desperate she is prepared to give Aveeno a go; hoping it works for her.
I tried Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion due to a problem with itchy skin back in the month of December. My skin has continued to improve and has calmed the itching and irritation. Aveeno has become a part of my daily routine. I am happy with the price of this product and will continue to use it; forever! 🙂 5 stars!
I’m very fussy when it comes to moisturises as I hate anything that leaves you feeling greasy, however this is amazing. Once you rub it into your skin it just leaves your skin feeling soft and used regularly this keeps dry skin away. I have been using this on my feet then putting socks on when I go to bed and the dryness is kept away during the warmer months
After reading all the great MoM reviews I decide to buy the AVEENO Daily Moisturiser & I was lucky enough to find it on special at Priceline. This cold winter & use of more artificial heating has left my skin dry ,flaky & rough. Well AVEENO has certainly lived up to its claim of producing healthy, soft & hydrated skin in my eyes. It’s non greasy formula just drank into my skin & left it smooth & supple. Even my husband commented on how silky & soft my skin was. Its fragrance wasn’t over powering & I felt it didn’t compete with my perfume’s fragrance

I received a while ago a few sample to try the Aveeno Daily Moisturising lotion & love. I get very dry skin this has defenetly helped put moisture back into my skin which lasts all day. I like it because its not greasy & absorbs straight away. I also love the fact its fragrance free with natural colloidal oatmeal my skin loves. Defenetly recommend & have been buying for a while now @ a great price 🙂
I received a free sample of this a few weeks ago, and only just got around to using it- LOVED it.
It was easily absorbed, and did not leave that greasy feeling some other ones do. The sample I got was in a little tear pack, which was a little hard to use, but the pump packs look far easier. Mine was value for money as it was free, but I have checked the prices out and it seems reasonable
I really love using this cream. It is light and applies easily. It isn’t oily, gluggy or thick and rubs in very easily. At first I didn’t think it would be as effective as it absorbed so easily but it is great. I always feel refreshed and the smell is light and nice (not over perfumed). Would recommend to everyone (men too, my husband got sunburnt and it really helped get the moisture back into his skin).
I like a good, rich cream that I can feel is doing its job and this was just that. I’m not interested in pretty smelly creams that do nothing. This cream I use every night after a shower and my legs always feel lovely and smooth. I also have a travel size for my kids after swimming lessons so the chlorine doesn’t dry out their sensitive skin

I used this moisterizer when visiting family as they had it. It was fantastic! It was also great for the kids to use as well. Wasn’t too greasy or oily and was easy to apply and spread. I can be quite fussy with moisterizers, but I definitely did enjoy and like using this one that I bought it once I had gotten back home!!
As someone with sensitive skin I have to be very careful about the moisturiser I use, Aveeno was very gentle on my skin and the moisturiser lasted until my next shower. Very impressed!
This is a great product that I have recommended to many family and friends. I suffer from dry skin through winter and can get little spots of dermatitis on my arms. I started using Aveeno after my shower at night before bed and within a couple of days my skin was back to a great condition. Its a non greasy formula and it really works. Also have this in a hand cream version which is amazing.
Aveeno was recommended by a pharmacist due to itchy and irritated skin. I must admit to being somewhat sceptical; but did purchase it. It was applied after showering and well…It is an absolute wonder! It went on easily and smoothly and most importantly it soothed my skin and…eased the itching and irritation. Simply love Aveeno and will now be using it all the time.
I have very sensitive skin which is prone to eczema. Up until recently I was also in a job that required me to wash my hands constantly. This is not a great combo. Aveeno was one of the few moisturisers that was non greasy and actually made my hands feel soft, and helped keep the eczema at bay. A lot of people recommend Sorbolene. I have always found Aveeno to be so much better.
I was recommended to use AVEENO DAILY MOISTURISING LOTION by my brother in law for awhile since I have had an itchy problem from the dust mite and skin dryness.
The lotion work quite well I have less itchy and it nurture my skin.It will be another good option in the market.
This is a great product at a great price. Goes on lovely and smooth without feeling thick and heavy. The fragrance is light and not over powering. Love that you can buy bulk bottles or cute little tubes for the hand bag. Dry skin no more, I really love using this moisturiser.
I purchased Aveeno Daily Moisturising lotion after reading the positive reviews on here and I am very happy with Aveeno. The moisturiser itself is thicker than some of the other cheaper brands and it blends in smoothly without oily residue feeling. It is absorbed relatively quickly (i have very dry skin) and kept my skin soft and hydrated all day. The fragrance is light but pleasant and I love that its suitable for sensitive skin. Highly recommend!
I have just bought this moisturiser from Woolworths because I saw it was being trialled on here… And now Aveeno can add another fan to their group because this product is fantastic on my skin (and I have problem/sensitive skin I might add).. And also I didn’t have to pay the earth for it.. Bonus. Would definitely recommend!
I love the Aveeno products. They are one of the more reasonably priced creams on the market, but the lower price does not affect the quality. I love the smooth texture that glides on and the subtle fragrance. As someone who has always suffered from dry and sensitive I am quite picky about which creams I use. I really like Aveeno daily moistening lotion.
Great value, effective aily moisturiser for dry skin.
I have very dry skin and moisturise every time I shower, and at least twice a day. I picked Aveeno moisturiser up on sale at a great price and have been really impressed with how effective it is in keeping my skin hydrated and free from dryness, particularly as I am pregnant. I find it effective in both warmer and cooler temperatures. I’d definitely recommend others with dry skin to integrating this into their daily skin care routine.
I was lucky enough to pick up the Aveeno lotion full sized for just under $10. Great price, great product. Goes on creamy smooth and leaves my skin feeling lovely and soft. I often suffer free dry patches, especially near my hairline and eyebrows but, by using Aveeno on a daily basis, this has since disappeared.

it works really well and is absorbed into the skin nicely but the only thing i don’t like is the feel of my skin after i have a shower, as the invisible stuff that sat on top of my skin, goes slimy! towel drying takes that feeling away
I tried Aveeno on a whim, I saw it and had been trying lots of mousturiser with no luck (most left a oily gross film on my skin). Aveeno has been wonderful, it’s light, does what it’s meant to and stops my dry skin itching. I’d recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin that don’t like really thick mousturisers.
We tried this and it works well as an effective moisturiser for people with regular skin, and seemed good for the kids.
For people susceptible to eczema or with sensitive skin or allergies, however, it may not be so great. Unfortuately it irritated my skin and made me itchy. I have excessively dry skin and it didn’t moisturise as well as the heavy duty lotions I get prescribed.
After reading all the review we thought we would give it a go ,we tried this and we had rashes all around, One said that it felt like burning and it stung her and she is not normally one to complain. I tried it and was not fussed at all

I suffer from dry skin and while there are a lot of products on the market that claim to be effective, the truth is that there are few who deliver the relief that I’m looking for. This is one of the reasons that I really like this moisturiser. Being winter, my skin is even drier than usual but as long as I remember to apply Aveeno I’m fine. I also like that it’s fragrance free. Many moisturisers have an overwhelming scent that ends up competing with perfumes, hair product and deodorant scents.
I’d recommend this product to my friends for certain.
I didn’t mind this product, but my skin is extremely allergic to most products and this one was no different. I still got a rash and irritation 🙁 I was hoping for a break-through in moisturisers that I could use on my skin.

Having three young kids, juggling their commitments and her own as a school teacher means Kristie Young’s days revolve around snacking on-the-go.
