* 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil , plus extra for the tin and to serve
* 350-400ml likewarm water
* 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Method:
Add all in the bowl starting with the flour, yeast, like warm water, olive oil, salt, dry thyme and rosemary. Spray the baking tray with olive oil and spread the dough evenly. Added the cherry tomatoes and left in the oven for an hour to raise. Bake on 220 degrees Celsius for 35min. 25 min in, brush two spoons of extra virgin olive oil, water and salt. When ready leave the cool dough and it is ready to eat!

Choc cupcakes
I am absolutely loving my stand mixer @kenwood_au You get everything you need in the box even an extra bowl. Extra bowl is the best, I used one for the cupcake batter & another for the buttercream. I can’t get over there’s an inbuilt scale which is so awesome. I can measure everything on my @kenwood_au Titanium Chef Baker XL stand mixer. That’s a stand out feature. The dial to adjust the speed is so smooth & the attachments are so easy place & remove. I am so impressed & would highly recommend it.

First impressions - amazing!
My first impressions on receiving the box was the weight - it’s sturdy and deserves a spot on your bench!
I love that it comes with two bowls - the smaller one sits inside the larger one so it’s easy to store. It also means there’s less need for washing up in the middle of a bake!
There’s quite a few different attachments that come with it for different types of mixing, a spatula and splash guard. What I’m excited about is the built in scales - another time saver!
I can’t wait to start baking!

A must have for home bakers!
I love the built in scales - makes measuring faster - and the second bowl is so convenient to keep creating without having to stop and do some washing up.
I did find the splash guard a little tricky to attach but otherwise everything else was very intuitive to use. And for all the style lovers, you can switch out the top cover to match your decor!
Definitive recommend this if you’re looking to upgrade from a hand mixer.

Thumbs up from me!
The built in scales is probably one of the next features for me, as well as how powerful the Chef Baker is. Weighing the ingredients straight in the bowl saves time, washing up and it is so easy!
Love that you can buy additional 25 attachments and turn your Chef Baker into a pasta making machine or a blender! So clever!
I really find baking a lot more enjoyable now , so definitely thumbs up from me :)

Put this on your wish list!
It was easy to make dough for bread and cake mixes. I did find the splash guard a bit fiddly to fit on (could just be I was doing it wrong). The built in scales are very handy. I’ll definitely be baking a lot more now I have it!

A wonderful way to expand your baking repertoire
I used the Milk Bread recipe in the Kenwood website and was so happy with how they turned out. It’s so handy having the different attachments and I love the built in scale and timer which shows how long the mixing has been going for.
A must have for every kitchen!
11:32 pm
The attachments in the box
1 x aluminium K-beater;
1 x stainless steel whisk;
1 x aluminium dough tool;
1 x creaming beater.
Have already two of the attachments to make banana donuts and waffles dough. Can’t wait to try the rest!

Best way to make buttercream icing!
Many times I need to make several batches for icing cakes, so the inclusion of 2 bowls with this mixer saves me from washing dishes to reuse the same bowl each time.
The creaming beater (pictured in the photo), is so effective. It reaches all areas of the bowl, even the very bottom! So there are no bits of unbeaten butter or other ingredients that the may be missed by the beaters. I was so impressed with this beater!! My icing turned out perfect, with a beautiful smooth consistency.

Easyweigh scales saves me time!
I added each ingredient to the bowl, and this clever machine weighed it for me at the same time! I would recommend this mixer based on this feature alone!

Great for cakes!
I used the recipe from the Kenwood website which resulted in a deliciously light and fluffy sponge that wasn’t too dry. Cake mixes use the K beater tool which is nice and solid.
I love that you can weigh ingredients into the bowl with the built in scale and much less mess than a traditional hand mixer. The integrated timer was handy as well to know how long it has been mixing for.
Loving the mixer so far and can’t wait to test it out some more!

Makes baking a breeze!
10:59 pm
My first baking session with the Kenwood Baker XL
I measured out all the ingredients straight into the bowl using the inbuilt scales, an absolute game changer!!! ????????
Then as soon as I turned the machine on, the scale screen changed to to a clock and it then kept track of how long the machine had been mixing. Another great feature!
Making these cupcakes and the icing were a breeze, plus they were delicious! Not only do I recommend this mixer, but also the recipe! ❤️
