I was gifted my medela swing flex when I was having trouble juggling feeding and toddlers. It turned out to be the most useful gift! Its now doing the rounds between friends who have also needed it. The price is high but I found it to definitely be worth it. All the parts are replaceable which is fantastic if you do end up passing it on or using it for a while.
The breast shield it came with was a bit too small for myself but I loved that I could just go pick up a different size shield at minimal cost. Its super easy to maintain and clean and the portability is fantastic. They are durable machines and in my opinion worth every penny. For ample breasted ladies like myself a double pump isn’t always quite possible so this option is fantastic.

After using only hospital grade pumps, I was unsure how I would go using a less powerful pump, but wow I was truly surprised with how well the “MEDELA SWING FLEX” worked.
I managed to pump a whole feed with such comfort and enjoyment. When I first used a pump I had extreme nipple discomfort, but using the MEDELA SWING FLEX pump for the first time, no discomfort at all.
I am truly excited that I can transport this when we go away, as it will not take up my whole suitcase to tag along. I am so glad I started using it, and do definitely highly recommend it.
It is truly my accessory clutch handbag – lifesaver on the go, able to pull out, pump effectively and hassle free. I am able to share the feeding with my husband and family, at the same time it gives me time to take a break (go to my beauty appointments)and catch up on needed sleep.
Qualities I admire about this pump – the design and durability, ease of cleaning, comfort and ease of use, excellent product and highly effective.
I really got a more personalised pumping experience as a first time Mum. Really a fantastic breast pump. Lots of milk extracted, certainly pain free and down in such a quick time.

A great improvement from the first time I used Medela. I was first introduced to the brand when I was in hospital and they recommended me this brand of breast pump to express my milk. Initially I had trouble expressing as there was only one size for their breast shield and the model was quiet dated. Fast forward to 6 months, what a vast improvement the Swing Flex is!
It does the job quickly and efficiently with the right size breast shield and it was much more portable and easy to clean compared to the one I had first used in the hospital.

Ahhh the ease of producing milk fast!! My let down is huge and I can breastfeed and express a full bottle in one feed so fast! Easy to set up and clean and ready to go on the move ????

I’m loving using my Medela swing flex, it makes expressing a lot easier and quicker with a newborn. I will definitely be referring friends to Medela for any of their expressing needs. I’ve started pumping as soon as I received it to store some colostrum for bubby as he is coming a little bit earlier and I wanted to make sure I had stores for him in case he wasn’t able to latch on as yet.
I’ve never used the Mandela Swing before and the experience was fantastic!! Light and compact I could move around or just sit on the couch watching t.v. but overall I’m really excited by it!! And I got a good amount of colostrum stored in the freezer for bub. Can’t wait to see how it goes after I have bub and my milk comes in ✌????

The warmer weather tends to make alcohol go to my head faster – I’m not a big drinker, but just for that reason I’d seriously consider a low alcohol wine. The Pinot Grigio particularly sound as if I might enjoy it. I might well buy a bottle or two for Christmas.
Looks delicious, would be keen to try their wines based off the reviews. Love anything local and the light wine is just an extra win – low alcohol content would be fab for nights with friends where we all still have to drive home afterwards so would be buying for that type of event!
Chapel Hill Wines do have quite a good reputation. I like the fact that it is low alcohol content. Personally, I like a very sweet wine but many would like these as they are not so sweet. I wish them well with sales and think it’s good they are doing something about lowering alcohol level.

I just asked the forum for recommendations on zero alcohol, but this is an attractive option as well! I do enjoy a Rose, so will try this one after all the positive reviews. It’s a shame they don’t have a sparkling in their collection yet! Would have been prefect for all the celebrating at this time of year.
I dislike rose, but the pinot grigio sounds like it might suit me. To be honest, the alcohol content doesn’t bother me all that much – I rarely drink more than a glass or two anyway – but it would probably be nice from a general health point of view to know I’m consuming less alcohol.
This sounds like the perfect glass. I do love being able to have a few drinks and not be all over the place about me. And as a bubbly girlie from Adelaide myself, I’m sure I’ll find a lot to like about this drop. Crisp and not too sweet, I’m sold and will have to try it.
It was the first time for me hearing about the chapel hill brand. And i still recall when i picked up the Pinot Grigio from my local, the staff there actually stopped me and said i picked a winner! She said that it was probably the best Pinot they had available to sell.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about Chapel Hill wines and the reviews are always good. I like that they have low alcohol range as I like to have a few glasses when I finally get to have one. Not being too sweet is a bonus that suits me well.
The idea of having a lower alcohol content wine without compromising taste is really exciting. There’s nothing worse than feeling “under the weather” from the effects of alcohol. This lovely wine ticks all the boxes, lower alcohol and a refreshing flavour. I’m keen to get the Pinot Grigio in my cart and into my fridge!
This wine sounds delightful and really refreshing to enjoy on a summer afternoon. I love that it tastes fresh and crisp and still has the same punch as other wine. It sounds like an absolute delight. I will have to give it a try next time i am at the bottle shop looking for some wine.
