The pad weighs really light and I don’t feel any uncomfortable while wearing it. But it does a great absorbing job. LBL is a headache for me. I found the pads to be good 90% of the time. The other 10% was that I am a “larger” body type so the pad without wings did tend to bunch up. Also the adhesive on the back of either pad doesn’t stick to lycra underwear I found so as soon as you attempted to pull them on the pad would end up missing in action so you had to hold it with one hand while trying to pull your underwear up at the same time. Thankfully I was alone at the time so that no one was there to see this hilarity unfold. Other than those two issues I would definitely use them for LBL.

It does everything you want it to do. Well, except wash the dishes. But it does everything else it was designed to do. Couldn’t ask for much more than that in life of a pad. You probably could, but they’re not much use for jumping out of planes with and flapping them wildly in the hopes of flying. They’d sure help when you started to wet yourself in fright when you realised you forgot the parachute though.

I was pretty excited to receive a sample pack for Poise. Aside it being my first time to review a sample it is exactly what I need. After I had my baby, I was 36 then, I started having LBL. Like whenever I cough, laugh uncontrollably, jumping exercise and sneeze it just goes. If only squeezing my legs could stop the involuntary leak. I tried using a pantyliner but it just doesn’t absorb longer than I wanted it to. After an accidental leak I have to change it again. The first time I tried Poise, it felt like I’m wearing a sanitary pad. Because it looks and feels like one. Over the course of the day, I had my “leaks” and I still feel comfortable. I don’t need to change or be scared to sit on the sofa for fear that I might leave a wet mark. It was a good day to play with my bub.

Mums Reveal Their Fail-Safe Nappy Rash Tips
