Former Home and Away actress Sam Frost has given birth to her first baby, revealing she is utterly in love.
She took to Instagram to reveal a sweet snap of her son, and share his name.
“This is Ted. Theodore Paul Frost-Hansen. There’s no words to describe how much we love you .”
The 33-year-old has shared her pregnancy journey with her many fans, even hitting out at trolls who commented on her appearance.
When she hit the third trimester of her pregnancy, she exclaimed she was ‘superwoman’, in response to an insensitive DM that simply stated: “You look tired.”
Sam shared a gorgeous fresh-faced photo of herself, with the sarcastic words, “People in my DMs making me feel fab.”
She continued, “I am (tired). I’m also a superwoman and my body is doing some pretty amazing things right now. So yeah, I might look a little tired.”
Sam and Survivor contestant Jordie Hansen shared in September last year that they’re expecting their first baby together.
The couple, who announced their engagement just a few weeks before their pregnancy, shared the news on Instagram in an adorable post.
“There is a tiny human coming soon … everyone act surprised when he inevitably inherits his parents odd sense of humour.
“We don’t take ourselves or life too seriously, and we’re hoping to teach our tiny one the same values we share … the importance of being unapologetically yourself, always finding the fun and humour in all the small things, and that being kind, loving and empathetic is a superpower.
“Thank you to all our beautiful friends and family who have supported us during this time, you’re all excellent secret keepers. We are extremely excited and grateful for our tiny miracle .. your mum & dad love you so much already xxxx”

Sam, 33, also shared a video of Jordie, 26, playing the guitar while she sang a sweet song.
The couple began dating at the start of 2022, when Jordie competed on the most recent season of Survivor against Sam’s brother Alex.
