My kids are 10 and 7 and still in booster seats. Why? Because they are under 140cm which is the recommend height kids need to be before they can use a normal seat belt. I have no problem with other people letting their kids sit in a normal seat, it’s their child, therefore their decision. I’m just a little tired of people thinking I’m weird or questioning my decision for still having my kids in boosters seats. When miss 10 and mister 7 hit the right height and the belt fits properly, then I’ll take them out!

  • Well, some authorities recommend we leave them in booster seats till they’re 12. You’re on the right side!

  • the boosters seat blues

  • My 8 year old is still in her booster seat.

  • Safety first, well done for being a great Mum.
