I want to try do that a bit too this year. We have way too many clothes, books, and children’s toys. I’m too sentimental sometimes to I’m going to invite my sister over to help talk me out of keeping non essentials! Good luck with your decluttering!

I have literally scheduled one “big” clean up job each week for the next three months. I’ll get them done!

Not only does it feel good because a goal has been achieved and more organisation around the home but de-cluttering is also good feng shiu !

Good on you! I need some of your motivation. I think the key is baby steps… don;t try and declutter every room all at once. I have done that before, been overwhelmed at the enormity of the task and given up…

Good on you,l also need to do the spare room and once it’s done you have achieved something!

It’s always great to declutter the home. I love the feeling afterwards. The house looks so much bigger, cleaner and energized!!

    A cluttered house drains my energy, really. Living in an organized house, with not many things around, respects the principles of Feng Shui and makes you indeed feel better. Success to everyone that is decluttering!!

Good luck with the de-clutter. It is such a worthwhile activity and truly if you have not used something why have it? I am in the same process and loving it!
