I like cooking but can’t always afford or get the fresh herbs required for some dishes. A friend of mine who is a chef, has advised me that generally it is okay to use dried herbs in place of fresh herbs. He just said to remember that dried herbs can be stronger than fresh herbs so as a general rule use 1/3 third of dried herbs to the quantity of fresh herbs. I’ll be stocking up the pantry now!
