I love to cook at Grandma's - Real Mum story on MoM

Is the title of a book my granddaughter & I made that basically is a folder containing all the photo’s of all the times we have cooked together over the past 4 years. She chose the title & penned the comments on each page. I mix, I stir, I lick the spoon. I must say looking through the pages there is wonderful memories of her & I over the years cooking up a storm in my kitchen. Now that the book is completed she believes she has a best seller & gave me the most affectionate hug saying I’ll buy you a new kitchen as this one is worn out now Grandma!

I don’t think it would be a best seller, it was only intended for my granddaughter’s pleasure to remember her time cooking with me. Thanks for your kind words.

It is wonderful that you have a book of your time together, it would not hurt to send a copy to some publishers, you never know..

Thanks Cherz & Mum94125, It was just meant for her adventures in the kitchen with Grandma but now it’s going to show & tell tomorrow at her school.

that is lovely! why not try to get it published? Others would love to see some authentic recipes and you might remind others of recipes that they loved as a child and then never made as an adult.
