Hello!

Okay + having a shocking amount of problems with my left arm, dont know if rheumatoid athritis or not, but have been away for a week. During this time I was coaxed to try paddling a canoe, and did not expect to be able to manage at all. BUT believe it or not, paddled for twenty minutes with a double bladed paddle, and came out feeling so much better, and movement back in left shoulder. Others perhaps could try something like this to free up problems. Found I could adapt my grip to hold the paddle in the middle so worked well. Mind you had trouble to start with to get in, and get canoe out, in water, but did it.
