Hello!

The weather down in freezing Vic has been less than appealing. I try getting out and about, not only for my 3 kids but for my own sanity too but lately I’ve just felt so lazy. I’m finding myself pushing myself to get the housework done, do the bare min of exercise or even doing fun things with my children.

I feel like I could quite easily curl up and go into hibernation for the winter! I don’t think it’s my vitamin levels but it makes me question it every now and again. I hope I can get over this little bump in the road, more for my children. I don’t want them to feel I’m not there 100% for them

  • Winter can get you down because you are in-doors alot and the lack of sunshine to make you feel better!

  • Here it’s raining so hard today. I went out with the dog anyway, in a moment the sky was clear. After ten minutes… so much rain and wind. We got completely soaked and the wind broke my umbrella. Ha! Ha! I should have stayed home! :-)

During autumn and winter our vitamin D production slows significantly. And vitamin D deficiency is related to low mood and depression. Why don’t you to take some vitamin D and see if it helps you?

Hope you’ll feel better soon! :-)

  • Definitely the weather. It’s raining up here, and if I didn’t have the kids and have to go to work I would happily laze around in bed all day. I just don’t feel like doing anything.

  • I’m convinced it must be the time of the year. I’m in the same boat at the moment. You are not alone :)
