One day a kid flipped a bottle and the whole world went crazy. The technique hasn’t stopped growing since.
It started in May 2016, with a senior from Ardrey Kell High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. Michael Senatore, flipped a bottle for a talent show, when he didn’t have any idea of what else to do.
The crowd went wild. And kids around the world have been practicing the technique ever since.

If it gets them off devices and doing something active then I am all for it. But PLEASE do it outside as far away from me as possible. My ears!! lol
