You know what?…everyone just needs to get a grip. When I was a kid I wanted to be a nurse and that was not because I didnt think that I couldnt be a Doctor because I was a girl it was because I didnt want to be a Doctor. I decided that I couldnt be a nurse because I hated blood and needles so I decided I would be a lawyer because i thought it would be fun to be able to argue with people all day and get paid for it (haha) THen I found that you had to go to Uni to become a lawyer so that was the end of that. My choices had nothing to do with me being female. Give our children more credit and stop forcing girls to do what they dont want to do just because it proves what a brilliant job of parenting you have done….it doesnt. Let them choose for themselves.

Yes, I do think this is sexist.

Let kids be kids and dress however they want without overlaying adult issues on them!

Well I can just imagine the outrage if the little boy had “A nurse in training” on his back – couldn’t he make it as a doctor, isn’t he smart enough, do you think he is gay, etc. etc.
These days it’s just better not to put anything on Facebook or Instagram or anything else.

At some hospitals they both wear the same colour. Often blue.
There doesn’t seem to be a lot of male nurses but there is plenty of female doctors.

I think people will read into it what they will. Honestly, I would’ve given them both the SAME outfit. Boys can be nurses and girls can be doctors – in fact they can both be whatever they want!

I think it is cute. I don’t see sexism in everything though.
