A little one probably thinks it is a toy too. I understand why it has the top it does as it probably encourage little ones to allow you to use it without a fuss

A worry about the battery problem but glad they are replacing them. Just hope that everything is ok this time. I use the good old fashion thermometer that does not need batteries..

Oh dear! That isn’t good at all! Those batteries are so dangerous, I hope there is no injury from them!

Those kind of batteries are so dangerous when little ones swallow them. Luckily they are checking on this product.

How the hell were these released without a proper fastener for the battery compartment???

There are so many recalls on baby and childrens products at the moment.

I hope everyone who bought one of these thermometers finds out about the recall.
