We're Going Crazy Over These Must-Have Kmart Light-Up Slippers

OMG Kmart you have done it again! The new range of light-up slippers is the absolute bomb and the must-have accessory for Winter.

It’s such a struggle to get my kids to cover their feet indoors. Our floors are icy but they’d rather get frostbite than wear anything on their feet. Well, that all changed when I came home with a pair of Kmart’s new light-up slippers.

The shrieks of excitement could surely have been heard in the next suburb…and to be honest, I don’t blame them.

Since I’ve bought the slippers, my kids have not taken them off inside and can spend ages just watching their feet light up….well, at least it keeps them amused and out of trouble.

The Light-Up Slipper Range

My girls got the Junior Light-Up Slippers decorated on the outside in gorgeous pink unicorn print and stuffed with warm fleece inside the slipper. The durable outer sole has pink lights that activate when the wearer walks.

Then there’s the adorable boy version with a cool dinosaur print on black slippers. These ones have warm black fleece inside and a black outer sole with blue lights.

The slippers come with a non-replaceable battery but I’m pretty sure the lights will last through winter at least.

There are even the cutest light-up slipper boots for babies, which come with an adjustable strap.

There are also senior versions of the illuminated slippers – which are still classed for kids but I’m certainly going to try on a pair and see if I can squeeze into them.

A pair of light-up slippers costs a very economical $15.

My boys would love these. They have sneakers that light up – they call them their sparkle shoes, So these would be great.
