In celebration of the return of Hot & Spicy to KFC menus, The Colonel’s Spice House will serve up Hot & Spicy, alongside other iconic KFC menu items – but with a twist.

Each has been reimagined into items never seen anywhere else in the word, including:

  • Hot & Spicy Drumsticks: A twist on the classic. Hot & Spicy drumsticks infused with our signature herbs & spices.
  • Hot & Spicy Mixed Pieces: Spoiled for choice. Hot & Spicy mixed pieces paired with your choice of 6 exclusive sauces.
  • Hot & Spicy Symphony of Sauces: Six bespoke sauces, each designed to complement the Hot & Spicy flavour explosion at different levels of spice, including ‘Blazen Hot’, ‘Simply the Zest’ and the ‘11 Spice Sauce’, the hottest sauce to ever grace a KFC menu
  • The Zing Leader: Double breaded, double delicious. A succulent sliced Zinger Fillet coupled with coleslaw and our exclusive Blazen’ Hot Sauce.
  • Wicked Wings with Extra Zing: Wickedly decadent. KFC Wicked Wings drizzled in Chilli Relish, enhanced by fresh Spring Onion.
  • Zinger Chocolate Mousse: Sweeten the deal. Our indulgent Double Chocolate Mousse served with Raspberry dust and infused with our world-first spicy and sweet Zinger Sundae Sauce, served in a syringe for fans to inject the flavour into the centre of the dish

  • I would have loved to be at this pop-up restaurant to taste all the new spicy recipes, however Melbourne is just too far away for me to get there. Hope everyone enjoyed their taste test and are now going to their local KFC to eat some more of the same. Enjoy your KFC, people.

  • As usual these events are only over east. I live in WA so all of these pop-ups and useless for us. Why don’t they ever have these type of events in WA? I no longer think about what we miss out of these days. I love WA and that’s all that matters to me

  • It’s great to see the funds supporting a good cause. I think it’s a good idea especially for KFC lovers

  • I mean for $30 you could get a lot of kfc and eat it with the fam

    • That is very true but it is all about the experience for those who really love KFC enough to want to experience it. There will be people out there that would love to do this but I am with you, drive through and eating at home is way cheaper and just as enjoyable.

  • Not for me. Not a lover of too much heat. And not a Big fan of KFC but their fries are good.

  • OMG this us just a great idea and venture for some lucky people to experience except as usual Perth KFC lovers will miss out. So frustrating at times to be so far to miss put on such important events, and especially something like this great event. Sydney residences enjoy – quite envious.

  • Oh man, that looks so cool! I would totally love to go! Would be interesting to see humble KFC reimagined into restaurant quality food! Some very creative ideas there and all to support a very worthy cause. If only I didn’t live in Tassie- we never get anything this exciting here!

    • I agree; I do like to see people being creative and adding a twist to current food outlets/restaurants. It is appealing because the profits go to a worthwhile cause. I do wish there were more companies using their wealth and position to support people in the community. It does improve the opinion of a brand when they give back to the community.

  • Spicy food is always very welcome food and this event sounds like a whole lot of fun. It is good to know that the profits will be supporting youth mental health and well being. It is so very important to support the youth of Australia. I do love the sound of the Zinger mousse.

  • Not for me / us as we’re in Queensland and I myself eat vegetarian. But I like it that the profits from ticket sales will be supporting Aussie youth’s mental health and wellbeing through the KFC Youth Foundation and its charity partners: Black Dog Institute and ReachOut Australia….that’s a great cause.

  • Okay, I’m not good with spice but I do love KFC so would have endured as much as I could with this but it’s already sold out?!!! I’m crying!
I can’t believe how quickly things like this sell out and I didn’t even know about it until reading this article!

  • I have never liked KFC all that much – I find it far too greasy. It just seems worse than most takeaway for grease. And I don’t like hot or spicy things either. They’ve managed to create a pop up where I hate everything on offer! However, I’m sure there are many fans who’d enjoy this.

  • For all those people who love KFC this would be a fun experience if you live in the Sydney area. I would love to hear the reviews of what people think of this post the event. I live no where near Sydney but those who do, are very lucky. Looks like a fun experience to partake in.
