DIY artwork magnets

This is a fun holiday project your kids can be involved in. It’s very easy and the kids love seeing their artwork on the fridge.

Material

3 drawings from your child
cardboard
glue
laminator and laminator pouches
old magnets
scissors

Method

Take one of your child's drawings and glue to a piece of cardboard - trim to size.
Place in a laminating pouch and laminate. Trim to size.
Cut out an old magnet and glue to the back of the picture. Done!

So simple, easy and creative, laminating adds the professional touch, and magnet makes it easy to move with no permanent marks. Will use this for holiday snaps as well. Thanks for the great idea.

this is a great idea by the way. i was thinking that you could use a photo as well or get your child to draw some funny pics and put your faces on it.

  We use our laminator a lot! You can get reasonably priced ones from Officeworks and the pouches are pretty good value too.
