Coles have confirmed that its Little Shop 2 will return next week.

Coles Little Shop 2 will begin on July 17, with 30 new miniature collectibles up for grabs.

‘Australians fell in love with Little Shop last year, and yes it’s coming back!’ a Coles spokesman confirmed to Daily Mail Australia on Friday.

‘There’ll be 30 cute minis to collect and we’ll have more details very soon.’

Including favourite kids’ snacks Arnott’s Barbecue Shapes, Heinz Baked Beans, Maggi 2 Minute Noodles, Campbell’s Tomato Soup and the refreshing Eclipse Mints.

It will also include a special edition Vegemite vintage mini to celebrate the popular spread’s long history on Australian shopping lists.

The supermarket giant will exclusively launch the hugely successful promotion at Westfield Eastgardens, in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, on Saturday.

‘Be the first in Australia to get your hands on a new Little Shop 2 mini for free before they’re available at Coles from July 17,’ the event description says.

Coles Little Shop 2 collectables will be available in all Coles supermarkets, Coles Express and online from July 17. With every $30 spent customers will also be offered a free collectable.

Also available for purchase are mini trolleys and baskets, and new additions including Little Shop 2 collector cases, a Coles replica truck and toy cash register.

We broke the news last week that there were rumours of the return and people shared mixed responses. More here.

  • You receive one for every $30.00 you spend in each purchase at the same time.
I hope the face paints have been checked for safety. A few months ago there was a warning about one brand of face paint manufactured in Aust. Unfortunately I don’t remember the brand

  • I imagine this will be exciting for some. I will collect them if and when I can but not feverishly. I even love to give them to excited kids shopping with their parents.

  • my kids love these, they are not collectors just love getting surprises after mum does the shopping, I only shop once a fortnight so we get heaps at once

  • Must have worked out a money maker for them and a great free advertising for the big brands although they may have contributed to the cost of making the junk. We have enough plastic in the world already that is polluting the world, please stop making these promotions Coles!
