  • EAT FRUIT MEDITATE AND SMILE

  • If you only had 5 minutes to spare I would say Don’t stop breathing…

  • burpees are super effective!

  • I would go for a walk, it clears the mind, rejuvinates the soul and give you a sense of achievement, 5 minutes sometimes means the world in terms of wellness.

  • Jump on the trampoline for 5 minutes. No equipment to get out or put away so no excuses. Gets the heart pumping and only takes 5 minutes, so again, no excuses about not having the time to exercise.

  • A quick walk whilst my daughter scoots along in the fresh air together!

  • I do a surya namaskar because this movement has so many benefits and can fulfil all your yoga needs for the day.

  • Sit, close my eyes, and breathe deeply

  • I love basketball so I would shoot some hoops with my 5 mins

  • I go to youtube and search for 5 minutes workout, like literally. I like Blogilates’ 5 minutes fat attack, 5 minutes flat abs and 5 minutes arms. These are my go to when I don’t have much time to spare in a day and even though they are just 5 minutes, the workout is really intense and I’m all sweat in that 5 minutes. So, I feel great after these workouts even if it is for just 5 minutes.

  • If I only have five minutes to spare I turn my music on full blast and dance around the house to it!

  • Do not waste time, there are so many hours in the day. A quick workout is better than no workout at all.

  • Housework

  • I do a bit of hand held weights.

  • Calf Stretch by standing shoulder-length apart I put my hands on a wall. I keep my heels on the ground and knees straight while leaning into the wall.
