  • Love curling up with a good mystery novel usually. Howdver my most recent read was The Diary of V..andi loved it.


  • Anything juicy that I can curl up with under the blankets and enjoy. Reading in bed is definitely my guilty pleasure!


  • Haven’t read it yet but, Lee Child has a new book coming out. That’ll be my favourite winter read as he is my favourite author.

  • my favorite winter reads are romance novels not the sleazy ones the ones that have an excellent story line to it and just keeps you guessing all the way through


  • I love mystery and suspense novels to keep me intrigued.


  • anything by J R Ward she is fantastic


  • My old, unabridged version of A Christmas Carol (paired with hot chocolate!). It makes me feel like I’m back home celebrating a wintery Christmas!


  • Cookbooks and culinary mystery novels – my winters are all about cooking comforting warm meals for my family and books are the best inspiration!!


  • I love to read and re-read books by Octavia Butler – my favourite author….makes me forget how cold my toes are!


  • The Passage. The mysterious twists and turns keeps me snuggled by the fire as I can\\\’t put it down.


  • Peppa Pig, keeps us all happy and the little one quiet


  • My dictionary. I love learning new words!


  • Sally Wise Slow Cooking gets a run for her money in our house over winter!
