  • Oh this would be such a treat to win. I find it hard at the moment putting huge meals together as I have just come home from hospital from a brain operation :D


  • san choy bow, only recently started to cook this and cant get enough! easy, tasty and healthy!

  • Pad Thai has so many complex flavours and a good dish will have perfect sweet, sour and hot balance, the right amount of peanuts, lime and coriander is also essential.


  • Pad Thai, it was my first foray into Thai food many years ago and I haven’t looked back!

  • Stir fry, quick and easy, vegetables and meat all in one meal, great family meal.


  • I love noodles – especially stir-fried noodles homemade by mum and dad. Making noodles used to be a great family activity when I was young.


  • Honey chicken and fried rice come in equally for me


  • Thai Green Curry! Clears out the sinuses!!


  • Fried rice is defiantly a favourite in my family.
