  • I love the Ayam Coconut cream. We have a Filipino dish that we call “Bicol Express” it’s a Very very spicy dish which is pork and chillies simmered in coconut cream.A very good coconut cream is essential in this dish because you need the flavour of the coconut cream when simmered for a long time.

  • Red curry paste. A simple delicious veggie and tofu stir fry.

  • Sesame oil sauce- we make a really nice stir fry with broccoli, sesame oil, mushroom, honey and soy sauce!

  • Teriyaki, I can use this in so many ways from simple teriyaki chicken, to adding it to some beef mince for a quick easy and cheap meal, to tofu and veggies that my toddler can’t find. Everything tastes better with a little teriyaki sauce.

  • Laksa paste! Yummmo delicious. I love making chicken Laska.

  • Satay Sauce, Chicken Satay Skewers delicious melt in your mouth morsels of chicken with a slight tangy sauce.

  • Oyster sauce – The first AYAM product I introduced my teenager to when she started cooking it’s true! Now she cooks amazing chicken stir fries which saves me having to work then cook too….!

  • Ho Sin Chicken and rice – but have to say…im lucky…Hubby does the cooking!….YAY!

  • I love the Ayam instant noodles, they are not too oily, unfortunately my local Coles stores don’t seem to stock them anymore :( . My Hubby loves it when I make Pork Larb it is a great fresh tasting dish that uses lime juice and fresh coriander amongst other great ingredients.

  • Ayam coconut cream is my favourite product which I use to make a traditional Indian Muligatawny.

  • Sizzling value – hottest brand – magic moments “in the coconut milk can”
Fantastic flavour for a satay with zing, for an Ayam adventure, just pull the ring

Thai pork meatballs is our family fave.
It’s a dish we all love and crave.
With fresh chili and lime, it tastes divine!

  • My favourite is the Laksa paste and I love to make a chicken laksa soup with some serious kick to it to warm us up in the winter.

  • Cocoanut cream, again and again, every curry I make and so much more. Live it.

  • Definitely the Hoi Sin sauce! Great as a dipping sauce, but love to marinate chicken in it mixed with a little chilli and soy sauce. Fry on a low heat to avoid burning. Serve with aromatic jasmine rice and blanched Asian greens!
