Bec Judd has been pregnant quite a lot: three pregnancies, three deliveries and four gorgeous newborn babies. From carrying a baby, delivering it, feeding it and raising it, Bec has experienced almost everything motherhood can throw at you and she wants to share the secrets and stories that she has learned along the way. Not to mention all those things about pregnancy, birth and motherhood that often come as a complete surprise.

Join Bec and her dream team of experts (an obstetrician, a midwife, an ultrasound specialist, a women’s health physio and a paediatric sleep specialist) as they take you month by month through your pregnancy. They will share their insider advice on the best ways to eat for two (or three!), stay in shape and get you and your baby sleeping well.

This gorgeous, comprehensive handbook contains a wealth of honest, practical and sometimes hilarious advice to prepare you and your baby for life after birth.

  • Joel for a boy!

  • Diya is a lovely girl’s name,
    But Hubby thinks it’s lame!

  • mine is my sons as the first moment I called his name and looked straight into my eyes it felt right his name is my favourite joe”

  • My favorite baby name is Alice. It is the name of a teacher of mine who was a great influence on me and nurtured my love of reading and striving to always learn new things

  • My all-time favourite boy’s name – Ryan, meaning Little King. It is a gorgeous name and goes with some of the most gorgeous celebrities – Ryan Reynold, Ryan Gosling and Ryan Seacrest, just to name a few. However the most gorgeous of them all is my four-year-old son Ryan-Jr!

  • My favourite baby name is Brooks as I think it is lovely.

  • I think a baby’s name that is a favourite is one that describes a little bit of hope and encouragement for the future. I would name my baby “Hope” in the knowledge that their future will be better than mine.

  • My own children’s names – Lillian and Alexander

  • I love the name Bella. Coming from an Italian background “Bella” means beautiful and is an adorable man. I am also a HUGE twilight fan as well so love the name.

  • Jai. It can’t be shortened, is easy to learn to spell, easy to remember and doesn’t sound as if it could be made into a bad nickname either. Great name. Doesn’t sound babyish either. Would be a good name for a grown up.

  • I automatically think of sweet girls names like Rose, Maggie, Harper.

  • Alice – Regal and charming, it brings about a sense of adventure and sophistication.

  • Both of my daughters names – Ava and Jasmine as they are so feminine

  • Andre- its strong with a touch of softness. Old fashion with a hint of today. Manly for the future, plus they are always good looking men, think about it

  • Lucille. Distinctive, pretty when written out, easy to spell and derived from the Latin for light as she brightens our lives.

  • My favourite baby name is Tastie (or Tasty)… I find it very cute and unusual.

  • Ana because it is short, sweet and easy to pronounce. All that a parent could wish for in a baby name.
