Get ready to make life easier and more delicious for your little one! We’ve partnered with Sweetpea to offer up 16 Sweetpea Baby Food Packs!

Life with a little one is a wonderful whirlwind, and oh so messy, right?! Starting solids is a particularly big milestone and it’s important to ensure hungry tums get the nutritious meals they need; but navigating what to feed them or finding time to make yummy dishes can sometimes be tricky. Enter Sweetpea: easy meals for tough eaters!

Sweetpea is the new Aussie dried baby food that’s a quick and wholesome meal solution to help out busy parents. 16 lucky winners will each receive 2 mixed boxes valued at $31 (four different flavours in each box – 12 serves in each pack).

“Full of good stuff, made in Australia and with no nasties, Sweetpea’s baby meals are the ideal first foods for babies. I especially like that they’re a dry food that only requires warm water to instantly become a convenient, delicious and nutritious plant-based meal with wholegrains, protein and iron which is important for a baby’s development,” says Claire Power, nutritionist and mum of three.

Sweetpea’s products are all made with Aussie grown fruits, veggies and grains, and fortified with iron. Their unique drum drying facility allows recipes to be quickly cooked and dried to ensure nutritious meals with complete food safety and peace of mind, that are also super smooth and easy on little tummies.

Simply add 80ml of warm water or milk to 10g of dry product (to make mushy) for an easy to prepare, Aussie grown, nutritious meal in minutes. Serve with a spoon, but they’ll probably use their hands.

Start your baby’s food journey adventure today with Sweetpea! (sleep not included).

Sweetpea’s range is available now in Coles nationally for RRP $3.90 each and via the Sweetpea website here. Products include banana porridge; mushy spuds, corn and peas; smooshed baked beans; and pumpkin risotto.

  • Making their favourite dishes and hiding and blending all those good vegetables in it, so the kids couldn’t taste them but I knew they were there.

  • Try to give them something they like with something they don’t

  • Give them all your attention, make it colourful, make it fun, talk to them.

  • i puree the food we are having and feed that to the little one, even hubby will have some of the puree as he says its just as good as gravy

  • I involve the kids in helping me planning the meals ahead. When it Time for dinner I also get the kids involved in the cook e.g get their own salad ingredients out to make their own salad. Then together we set the table some time it doesn’t work I will be the one settings up the table by myself at least they tried.

  • For us preparation is key! Being able to have prepped prior to dinner time crazy always helps us out

  • Always bulk prepare food and freeze,
It makes meal times a breeze.
    Zapped up and stirred through,
No cooking for bub to do!

  • Make the food look colourful and interesting , always works for Me..

  • Defiantly meal plan for the week so I know what to expect every day. At eating time I make sure everyone eats at the same time and have the same thing to eat

  • Making it interesting and a variety always works with our kids.

  • Hide the good stuff in the sweets. E.g. veggies blended up with fruit juice or in chocolate cakes. Bribery helps too, ‘eat that and then you can get XYZ.’

  • Reach for a pouch or a jar will make meal time the easiest by far!

  • Don’t stress about the mess. Cleaning is a pain but watching them eat and make a mess is only for a short time and the excitement of trying the food and the expressions is priceless

  • Lay newspaper around the floor of the highchair so no sweeping or mopping req8

  • I find that making bulk food on the weekend works for me so that i can freeze it then defrost on the time when im time poor with cranky kids

  • Admitting that mealtimes are messy! What matters is that bubs is fed well, not how easy clean-up will be after. With my oldest, I worried about every little spill, spot and stain, but by the 3rd child I didn’t care – as long as they were full and happy!

  • My kids are too old for this, but it looks great.

  • Be prepared! Have everything yoy need ready, so it’s easy and as mess free as possible.

  • Give fresh food like bananas , avocado, sweet potatoes.

  • Eating together. My children love to enjoy a meal together with both parents present.
