  • I have no favourite… I’m willing to travel to any wine region that offers “scrumptious reds and mouthwatering whites” !

  • The Hunter Valley has always been a great place for a getaway! Love the different wines in the region & the food is excellent.

  • The Barossa Valley is probably the most famous and well known wine region in Australia,
and they produce some really excellent wines.

  • Penfolds koonoga , such strong taste.

  • Hunter Valley, as it’s so close to home. It’s my home away from home! It has everything a wine connoisseur could wish for. Truly superb wine, and very delicious food to thoroughly enjoy it with!

  • Margaret River. Beautiful scenery from bush to beach. River cruises with wine sampling. Breweries for the boys. Friendss and family can all enjoy

  • Stanthorpe wineries are delightful so handy to us from Brisbane great for a long weekend away.

  • To be completely honest I don’t know a lot about wine regions. Margaret River is the only region I’ve heard of but it doesn’t mean I don’t love wine, I do! But I’m more about what sort of wine I like, which is moscato or dessert wines.

  • Hunter Valley for sure! Only an hour away from my backdoor, amazing vineyards, beautiful wine and fabulous food! A perfect day or night out for any occasion anytime of the year.

  • Tasmania has the best wine for a barbecue or to impress work colleagues. It has so many delicious tasting wines.

  • Mudgee would have to be the most spectacular wine region, set in a beautiful country side. Wine is Mudgee’s main tourism.

  • The Barossa. Picturesque setting, beautiful walking trails and the feeling of relaxation and tranquility, paired with the beautiful range of wines and cheese boards, perfect for a mid year getaway!

  • Tasmania’s cool climate wines are the best! (Can you tell I’m Tasmanian?) Red or white, they are perfect for serving up to friends at my annual Girls’ Night In fundraiser for the Cancer Council.

  • i love my wines both red and white. I’m a bit hard pressed to say which region is the best, but on a holiday recently to coffs there is a lovely little vineyard at Reihllie (not sure on spelling) they have beautiful wines.

  • Rosser valley …. beutiful lush just takes your breath away and to top it off great wine
