Two lucky winners will receive an Earthing™ starter pack valued at $295.70 each. The starter pack includes an Earthing™ halfsheet sleep system with cords and adapters, an Earthing™ Universal Mat and a copy of the book Earthing by Clinton Ober, Stephen Sinatra and Martin Zucker.

Ever noticed how great you feel after a barefoot walk at the beach or if you kick your shoes off while relaxing in the garden? Well, you may not realise but it’s because you are ‘earthing’ or ‘grounding’ yourself. Earthing simply means to physically connect to the Earth with bare skin contact. While the practice of walking barefoot is centuries old, the discovery that connecting to the Earth’s natural energy is a foundation for vibrant health is a relatively recent one and is explored in the ground-breaking book Earthing by Ober, Sinatra and Zucker.

And because we can’t walk around barefoot outdoors all the time, Earthing™ products from EarthingOz deliver the same earthing experience and the same great health benefits indoors while you work, relax or sleep.

  • My backyard, as the grass is always very lush and soft so it’s a truly gorgeous feeling to walk barefoot in it. There is no bindi, so it’s very pleasant unlike my local park!

  • Can’t beat a cliche – but a walk on the beach!

  • It has to be on the sand at the beach as I love to feel of the sand between my toes.

Salt in the air, on the ground shells,
Back to the Sea, so full of life
