Wostershire Sauce, it brings out the flavour in meat and helps make it taste better!

Love using honey in both savoury and sweet dishes. Such a great taste.

Baby spinach, as it’s so versatile, delicious and healthy to use for recipes. It has lots of nutritional benefits, so it can be used as a healthy ingredient for smoothies too!

Fresh herbs are definitely my favorite ingredient I have a magic little herb garden that gives my dishes a lift

I use Vegeta in lots of my dished as it adds a great flavour to many of my dishes.

Vegeta stock powder goes in a lot of our meals instead of straight salt. It just gives food that little extra lift to make it something special.

Vegetables, with a child that won’t eat them I love it when I’ve been able to slip them into something and they’ve not been discovered, it;s a real victory.

Jalapeños. I like to add a little kick to meals and absolutely have to add them to any sandwich I make.

Lemon curd. Not much of a secret, but it makes any cake you can bake extraordinary. And on a pavlova – it’s dieandgonetoheaven kind of good.
