  • Supporting my husbands health means he will have more energy to spend time with our little boy. Being fitter means he can run around with him without it puffing him
    Out

  • Dad has had his up and downs with health but seems to be on track at the moment. I think its important for dads to be healthy for the mind and body.

  • My dad has passed away, but I would love this for my husband so he is fit, happy and healthy for me and our girls.

  • It means the world to me to support both my dad and my husbands health as they mean everything to me. Unfortunately neither seem to place too much importance on looking after themselves so my children and I try to encourage all the time.

  • ENCOURAGE (as oppose to nag) him: to be involved in some form of physical activity involving the family rather than being a passive participant watching sports on television; to exercise moderation in eating and alcohol consumption; that a healthy lifestyle will give him more energy for the ones he loves.

  • It means keeping him around longer to make memories and enjoy the good times.

  • He’s had a 5 bypass and he really needs to get his diet back on track, lucky to be alive so there’s no more chocolate or fatty stuff allowed in his diet!

  • This will allow him to get healthy & hopefully help his sleep apnea & give him the confidence to be able to run & enjoy playing with his kids. Pure confidence for himself

  • Not just for Dad’s but for Mum’s as well, we need to be healthy to keep up with the kids. From chasing them to looking after them.

  • There would be nothing worse in the world to lose a loved one to something preventable such as diet and exercise

  • Everything as having him around for as long as possible is a priority for me

  • It would mean that my dad would be around to watch his grandson grow up, and so that he can be around a lot longer then he is expected to be.

  • It means the world to us because he is our protector and we just want him to get back on the right track and finally be happy again. To be around for his family for a long time and enjoy life so much more. He is our life.

  • For him to be around to spend more time with – I love the good man. He is more like my bestest friend

  • My Dad has been my greatest male role model and support. I want to have him around for as long as I can, enjoying watching my girls growing up too.
